  1. Over the outer N rings of pixels (see "Rings", above) of new rings will be computed:  The maximum red, green, and blue values, considered independantly, will be used for each pixel.  Good for existing antialias over black.

  3. After layers are composited, introduces a 0.25 pixel blur, simulating the look of 35mm film, transferred to 3/4" video.

  5. Limits composite value voltage change to no more than 0.5V/pixel.
